مثال لذلك توفر القاعات الصفوفية الافتراضية فرص التعلم لطالبات وشباب المناطق الريفية الذين قد لا يكون بوسعهم حضور المدارس بسهوله بسبب المسافة والحصار الاقتصادي وظروف الحياة hardship of life .

نتوجب علينا الاعتراف بطبيعتها ديناميكية وعناصرchange ability لها ، حيث نبقى ملتزمين ببناء جيل قادرعلى التأقلم والاستجابة لكل تغير تحت ظلال دوران دورة حياة الثورات العلمية والتقانة Scientific and technological revolutions.
