. هل هي حقبة جديدة أم مجرد همسات؟ في خضم الحراك المعاصر الذي تشهده المجتمعات العربية، برز صوت المرأة بقوة، فكانت مشاركتها واقعًا فرض نفسه على مختلف الأصعدة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. لكن تبقى تساؤلات عديدة: ماذا يعني ذلك حقاً؟ وهل نحن أمام بداية تغيير جذري أم مجرد لحظات عابرة ستذوب مع مرور الوقت؟ إن نجاح المرأة في الوصول الى مناصب قيادية وتحديها للتقاليد القديمة ليست سوى بداية الطريق الطويل نحو المساواة الحقيقية. فالتمييز ضد النساء متغلغل بعمق في النظم الاجتماعية القائمة وقد يستغرق اجتثاثه جيلا كاملا إن لم يكن اكثر. ومع ذلك ، يجب علينا جميعا الاعتراف بان الاوضاع بدأت بالتغير وان هناك تقبل اجتماعي اكبر لأدوار جديدة للنساء داخل العائلة والمجتمع ككل . ومع ازدياد عدد الامثلة الملهمة للمرأة اللاتي يتفوقن ويخلقن تاريخهن الخاص، يصبح لدينا المزيد من الاسباب لنكون متفائلين بشأن مستقبل اشمل وعدالة اجتماعية اوسع نطاقا. ولكن لا بد ايضا من التأكيد على ضرورة استمرارية الدعم المؤسسي والتشريعي لهؤلاء السيدات حتى يتمكنَّ من تحقيق كامل امكاناتهِن وأن تصبح مشاهد نساء عربيات مؤثرات شيئا اعتياديا وليس حدثا نادر الحدوث. وفي النهاية، إنه وقت مميز عندما تبدأ أصوات النساء الصاعدة بتغيير المشهد العربي. . . فلنعوّل عليها ولنتطلع الى يوم قريب حين يكون لها مكانتها الطبيعية ضمن صفوف القيادات العربية بلا اي تردد!صدى الأصوات النسائية.
