ولكنني أود طرح سؤال إضافي هنا: لماذا غالباً ما تُركز المجتمعات على القدرات الخارجية للفرد كالحفظ مثلاً، دون تقدير كامل للمهارات الداخلية مثل المرونة النفسية والحكمة الذاتية؟

ربما يكمن هذا في عدم فهمنا المتكامل لقيمة الصحة النفسية والروحانية، وهذا يحتاج إلى تغيير جذري في طريقة تفكيرنا ومعتقداتنا المجتمعية.
